One of Wilkinson's 2008 clerks is from Michigan. Wilkinson had originally hired the Michigan clerk for 2009, but one of the clerks he hired for 2008 had to back out for personal reasons, so the Michigan clerk is now filling the 2008 slot instead of the 2009 slot.
